He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Chmelovsky and Sophie Chmelovsky (Supinski) of Rayland, OH.. He is survived by : his stepson Philip; his wife Sandra (Foster); his daughter Felicia Browell of Canonsburg, PA; his siblings, Helen Czoka (Ohio), Rose Mary Faldowski (Ohio) and John Chmelovsky (Missouri); his granddaughters, Kiera, Rhianna and Shannon; and his great grandchildren, Alex and Ryan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
