He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul H., Sr. and Wilma Cusick (Seevers); his son James William Cusick; and his siblings, Don, Dean and Lucille Drummond.
He is survived by : his wife Sarah L. Cusick (Miller); his children, Teresa Barefield (Stan) of Lisbon, OH, Paul Wesley Cusick of Magnolia, OH and Larry Paul Cusick of Yorkville, OH; and his siblings, Jane Wright of Lisbon, OH, Dale Cusick of Salem, OH and John Cusick (Bonnie) of Lisbon. He is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
