He is survived by: his daughters, Tracey Price of Forest City, NC, Jolene (Gary Sutton) of Fremont, IN, Carol, Tootie (Humberto Velasquez) of Canal Winchester and Stephanie Neville (Robert) of Canal Winchester; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Dixon (Matt Wilson), Angel Neville and Charles Neville; his stepgrandchildren, Lexie and Bradley Sutton; his siblings, Jim Dixon, Jane Harvey (Dean) of Ratcliff, OH and Tonya Dixon of Dundas, OH; his brother-in-law Steve Secoy of Athens, OH; and his siblings' children, Ronnie Wilkes of Steubenville, Zack Wilkes (Catie) of Crestview Hills, KY, Zeb Wilkes (Brandy) of Baltimore, OH, Jeremiah Wilkes (Ashley) of Blacklick, OH and Pam of Coldwater, MI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
