She is survived by: her boyfriend Mike Schneider; her brother Troy; her sons, Tim and Todd; her daughter-in-law Michele Horn; and her granddaughters, Chelsea Barrett (Troy), Sarah Roof (Mike) and Sydney Horn (Henry). She is also survived by great grandchildren.
