He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kaufman (Miller); his children, Stacey Fry, Tom Kaufman, Laura Henestofel (Russell) and Wendy Cook; his stepson Matt Miller; his grandchildren, Christopher, Lucy, McKenzie and Addison; his stepgrandchildren, Noah, Lily, Hayes, Geary, Annavey, Cole and Athena; his great grandchildren, Halen and Jackson; and his sister Carol Morrison.
