Theresa Conley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2025, at the age of 67, Theresa Conley of Reynoldsburg, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theresa Conley to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Poff and Donna Poff. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her daughter Christiana; and her siblings, Steve Poff (Jayne), Mark Poff (Sonya), LuAnn Ray (Randy), Robert Poff (Michelle) and Andy Poff (Shelly). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home - Canal Winchester (650 W Waterloo St, Canal Winchester, OH 43110). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stefanie Spielman Breast Center in Theresa's memory.
