He was predeceased by : his parents, Evelyn Lehman (Robison) and Floyd A. Lehman Sr.; his son Floyd A. "Buster" Lehman III; his brother David R. Lehman Sr.; and his son-in-law Alan Fowlow.
He is survived by : his daughters, Evelyn Gray of Parma, Ohio, Amanda Lehman (Wayne Weirath) of Slippery Rock and Melissa Lehman Fowlow of Slippery Rock. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
