He is survived by : his wife Diane Chopko; his sons, Corey Chopko, Tyler Chopko and Trevor Chopko; his mother Mildred Chopko; his siblings, Robert Chopko (Marsha) and Joan Lubonovic (Don); his father-in-law Arthur Reilly; and also, Art Reilly (Lynn), Brian Reilly (Gail), Paul Reilly, Maribeth Fender (Jeff) and Denise Niedt (Kevin). He is also survived by sons, an unparalleled role model who demonstrated an unbreakable love to his wife.
