She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Patsy Hambrick and Sue C. Lee. She is survived by: her children, Olivia Hambrick, Aaliyah Simmons, Ivy Hambrick and Joshua Richardson; her parents, Star Hitchens of Columbus and Tommy Lee; her siblings, Mershaun Lee (Chelsea), Yaumi Hambrick-Hill (Marc Hill) and Stacee Hitchens; and her grandfather Thomas D. Lee. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family is establishing a fund for her children through a local bank.
