She was predeceased by : her parents, Jess Bernhard and Francis A. Bernhard (Morgan); her husband Wayman L. Mayes; her son Bart L. Mayes; her siblings, Cliff Bernhard (Caris), Michel Bernhard (Deloris) and Patricia Bernhard (Sandy); and her spouse WYmond.

She is survived by : her children, Lisa Flanagan of Delaware, Lee "Chip" Mayes (Sue) of Powell and Lela Cook (Dave) of Marion; her grandchildren, Darcy Flanagan (Sean), Joshua Mayes, Luke and Neil Stewart; and her children, Harmon and Bonnie Waymond.
