She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Smith. She is survived by: her children, Susan Bowers (Keith) of Rittman, Ed Smith of West Salem and Mike Smith (Angela) of Streetsboro; her stepson Robert Holt of Waymart, PA; and her siblings, Carolyn Porr (Dan) of Smithville, Evelyn Fuller of Orrville and Virgil Cutlip (Ginger) of Phoenixville, PA.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
