Fred Vance Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2020, at the age of 66, Fred Vance (Rittman, Ohio), born in Harts, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxil Vance and Edar Mae Vance (Adkins); and his siblings, Rose, Larry, Junior, James, Eddie and Connie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Elliston (Doug) of Rittman, Ashley Perdue (Chris Schultz) of Cleveland and Sara Vance; his grandchildren, Emily Perdue, Thomas and Nathan Elliston; and his siblings, Gladys Unangst, Maxine Dobbins, Dorsie Lloyd, Phyllis Riffle, John Henry Vance, Todd Vance and David Vance. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
