He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Davis and Florence Davis (Weaver); and his siblings, Alice Rompanian, William Davis and Sidney Davis.

He is survived by: his spouse Darlene Bateson; his daughters, Jennifer Graffin (Jack Reis) and Nancy Hemchak (Richard); his grandchildren, Molly Mitchell, Jay Scott Graffin, Keith Dickens and Eric Dickens; his great grandchild Aiden of Blake, Brielle; and his siblings, Tilly Kimmel and Curtis Davis, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
