He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frazier and Dulcie Frazier (Lowe); his former wife Linda Frazier; and his siblings, Verlin Adkins and Eunice Harmon.
He is survived by: his significant other Diana Frazier of Rittman; his children, Pat Ralston of Wooster, Mitzi Kelley of Medina, Jamie Crowder (Michael) of Barberton, Angel (Brent) and Charles Frazier of Akron; his grandchildren, Jared, Samantha Ralston, Charles, Brandon Frazier, Nikia Fullen, Derek Baughman, Cameron Smith, Brittanie, Blaine Copley, Tyler Frazier and Logan Corp; his great grandchildren, Lucus Pelfrey and Sofia Fullen; his siblings, Estel Frazier (Connie) of Doylestown, Karen Adkins of Wooster, Thelma Rowe of Wooster, Ava Adkins and Mary Elizabeth Silva; his close friend Clyde Frye of Wayne, WV; and his pets, Baby Doll and Jack. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
