She is survived by: her husband Raymond Piatt of Rittman, OH; her children, Greg Piatt (Joyce) of Rittman, OH, Rayetta Shrake (Jerry) of Plainfield, IN, Bruce Piatt (Arthur Marcus), Gene Piatt (Lisa) of Creston, OH and Doug Piatt (Jane) of Lexington, KY.; her grandchildren, Josh Piatt (Julie), Joni Riggenbaugh (Stu), Christina Shrake Kallai, Stefanie Shrake, Justin Piatt, Sean Piatt (Jessica) and Brandon Piatt; and her siblings, Dennis Valentine (Sheila) and Karen Simpkins (Sid). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
