He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Hall and Dora Hall (Fletcher); and his siblings, Ronnie Hall, Dorothy Marie Long, Elijah Hall, Anna Ruth Shepard, Billie Faye Hoover and James Harry Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay; his siblings, Josh Enoch Hall (Lola Jean), Norman David Hall, Mary Ann Sturgill, Lottie Sue Urconis, Bonnie Jean Workman (Melvin) and Betty Little (Don) of Barnesville; his godchildren, Joshua James Hoover and Natasha Sue Hoover; his grandchildren, Alexa Lynn Hoover and Damian Joseph Hoover; and his nephew Lewis Lee Blevins.
