He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine Elaine Clifford; his siblings, Milan Zivick (Pat), Steve Zivick (Marie) and Mary Stepanov (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Calmer Clifford (Winne) and Cloris Pearson (Ed).
He is survived by: his children, Jan Isaac of New Philadelphia, Stephanie Landis (Harvey) of Rittman, Marianne Cline (Jeff) of Wadsworth and John G. Zivick (Tricia) of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Megan Wallace (Dirk) of Dover, Joel Landis (Leah) of Rittman, Andrea Zak of North Ridgeville, Gregory Landis of Rittman, Drew Cline of Columbus, Brett Cline (Lauren) of Pittsburgh, Maria Zivick of Uniontown and Anne Zivick of Uniontown; his great grandchildren, Chase Zak, Addison Landis and Sophie Cline; and his sister-in-law Maver Fitch (John) of Wadsworth.
