She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wanko and Anna Wanko (Perina); her significant other Ivan "Ike" Frase; and her siblings, Sam, John, Joe, Paul Wanko, Anna Tefs and Mary Hamilton.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Frase (Lincoln) of Los Angeles, CA, Bill Frase (Sallie) of Seville, Brian Frase (Becky) of Burbank and Cathy Clason (Frank) of Rittman; her grandchildren, William Houk (Megan) of Cincinnati, Ryan Frase (Holly) of Kentucky, Riley Clason (Christina) of Akron, Brandon Clason (Beth) of Akron, Greg Estep (Kim) of Wooster and Justine Frase (Brandon Falcone) of Akron; and her brother Merle Wanko of Seville. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
