He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Erwin and Maxine Erwin (Dunham). He is survived by: his wife Tammy Callihan; his children, Jennifer Chandler (Gregory Adam), Justin Erwin (Brittney) of Orrville and Katie Erwin of Cuyahoga Falls; his grandchildren, Brayden Erwin, Madelyn Chandler and Caysen Erwin; and his brothers, Douglas Erwin (Shirley) of Springfield, OH and Michael Erwin (Julie) of Springfield, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
