She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Howard and Dorothy Knittle (Smith); and her brother Dr. Karl Knittle. She is survived by: her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Angie Smith of Medina; her grandsons, Wyatt Smith of Medina and Owen Smith of Medina; and her close friend Peg Hart.
