She was predeceased by: her parents, Elden Pifer and Rose Pifer (Blacklock); her husband Carl Bernard; and her siblings, Helen Lance, Evelyn Jernigan, Sue Blackwell, Myrl, Ernest and Lester Pifer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Owen (Roger) of Doylestown and Diana Gasser (Jonathan) of Doylestown; her grandchildren, Joshua Ramzy (Ryan) of San Francisco, CA, Devon Gingerich (Daniel) of Greensboro, NC, Emily Gotham (Ty) of Chicago, IL, Zach Gasser of Doylestown and Greg Gasser of Akron; her brothers, Wilbur Pifer (Nancy) of Roseville, CA and Cleo Pifer of Bell, FL; her great grandchild Caroline Gingerich; her stepgrandchildren, Lori Young (Brian) of New Franklin and Mark Owen (Jackie) of Wadsworth; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Owen Young and Micah Young.
