He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Lane Chipps and Myrtle Esterline Chipps (Cowger); his siblings, Coy, Denzil, Freda Alderman, Opal Yates, Mae Seeley and Belle Anderson; his wife Sharon (Bigler); his daughters, Debbie Knapic (Mike) and Pam Chipps; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Hannah and Garrett Knapic. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Rittman United Methodist Church.
