She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Ronald Bealer (Homer Jervis); and her siblings, Ervin, Virgil, Leslie, Ernest Fortner, Sarah Ann Mathis, Mary Ellen Baxter and Ruby Donaho.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Robert Fortner (Patricia) of Kettering, Evelyn Bealer of Norton and Thomas Jervis (Loretta) of Rittman; her grandchildren, Angela R. Huntsman (Keith), Charles Robert "Robby" Fortner Jr. and Joshua L. Poehls (Kim); her great grandchildren, Hannah M. Young, Hayley G. and Kristen S. Griffin; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Joseph Huntsman and Lillie Wodek; and her great great grandchild Aiyanna M. Young. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her new great great-granddaughter.
