She was predeceased by: her husband David Collins; her granddaughter Naomi Ash; and her siblings, Lois Barnett, Naomi Gilbert, Anne Thompson, Mary Cloud, Leonard Hartman, Lawrence Hartman, Herbert Hartman and Cameron.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Heavilin (Sandy Tucker) of Rittman, Faith Ratliff (James) of Rittman and Albert Heavilin (Debby) of Massillon. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
