He is survived by: his children, Michael Summers (Faye) of Wellington, Richard "Rick" Summers (Stephanie) of Creston and Angie Summers of Orrville; and his siblings, Vickie Brown of Medina and David Summers (Debbie) of Lodi. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
