He was predeceased by: his parents, Blucher Collins and Alice Collins (Sexton); and his brother Timmy Collins. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Collins of Rittman, Bobby Collins of Rittman and Tommy Joe Collins, Jr. of Rittman; his grandchildren, Camryn Collins of Rittman and Avia Adkins of Rittman; his former wife Doris Collins of Rittman; his siblings, Jimmie Collins of Barberton, Blucher Collins, Jr. of Barberton and Carolyn Collins of Rittman; and his siblings' children, Curtis Lambert of Rittman and Mallorie Collins of Smithville. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
