He is survived by : his children, Annette Martin (Terry), James Esteph (Christine), Jeanie Esteph, Bill Esteph (Cheryl) and Michael Esteph (Heidi); his grandchildren, Richard, Christopher, Lauren, Jimmy, Caleb, Rachel, Isaac, Kaitlyn, Lyndsay, Will, Ben, Hunter, Breanna Esteph, Natalie Crago and Katelynn Windle; and his great grandchild Gemma Henderson.
