She was predeceased by : her husband Everett C. Mowrey; her siblings-in-law, Roscoe Mowrey (Olive Jane), Richard Mowrey and Thelma Cox (Lloyd); her daughters-in-law, Judy Mowrey and Kathy Mowrey; and also, Robert Evans (Bonnie) and Carl Evans (Lucille).

She is survived by : her sons, Dennis Mowrey of New Kent, Dean Mowrey (Nancy) of Waynesville and Craig Mowrey (Debbie) of Westerville; her grandchildren, Bill Mowrey (Lauren) of Chesapeake, Cara Young (Chris) and Brandon Mowrey (Allison); her great grandchildren, Luis Mowrey, Carlos Mowrey and Charlotte Leigh Mowrey; and her sister-in-law Helen Mowrey.
