He was predeceased by : his brother Donald Lape. He is survived by : his parents, Gil Lape and Joy Lape (Brown); his wife Tina Lape (O'Neal); his children, Luke O'Neal, Tabitha and Emily Lape; his grandchildren, Remington O'Neal, Noah Castle, Slade, Hunter, Harley Williams, Rosie Sowers and Rickey Clifton III; and his sisters, Tonya, Traci and Karla Lape.
