He was predeceased by : his wife Virginia A. "Jingle" Evans Smith. He is survived by : his children, James "Jim" Smith (Eileen Pine) of Cincinnati and Miriam "Mimi" Davis (Mark) of Prescott Valley, Arizona; his grandchildren, Anthony Smith (Brandi) and Terina Stacy (Gary); and his great grandchildren, Breauna, Alexis, Olivia, Taylor, Devin, Kaelynn, Madilynn and Brandon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
