He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russel G. Howell and Clarabelle Howell (Stover); his wife Ardith R. Howell (Yoh); his children, Jeffery R. Howell of Rockford and Kimberly Rapking (Paul) of Cincinnati; his brothers, Joe Howell of Convoy and Tom Howell (Eleanor) of Perrysburg, Ohio; his sister-in-law Betty Howell of Wapakoneta; and his brother Ralph Howell.
