Permann (Beth) of Ft Wayne, Indiana and Julie Permann of Ft Wayne, Indiana; his stepchildren, Kelly Green (Chad Urick) of Willshire, Dawn Jefferies (Bil) of Goodyear, Arizonia and Amy Dugan (John) of Rockford; his stepdaughter-in-law Angie Dietrich; his grandchildren, Heath Permann, Chase Permann, Carly Miller, Amy Miller and Nick Miller; his stepgrandchildren, Joe Green, Tony Green (Audrey), Amanda Jefferies (Trisha), Haley Niese (Calvin), Morgan Dietrich, Cody Dugan and Sage Dugan; and his nephew Mike Fechner (Lila) of Delmont.
