He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shaffer; his children, Dawn Agler (Cayle) of Van Wert, Chris Williams (Missy) of Grover Hill and Kimberly Johnson (Tony) of Rockford; his grandchildren, Caylan Myers (Matt), Carissa Shaw (Eli), Katie Agler, Kassidy Agler, Taylor Williams, Logan Wiliams and Arin Williams; his siblings, Wayne Williams (Betty) of Van Wert, Elvin Williams (Cathy) of Rockford and Janet Winkler of Wapakoneta; and his parents-in-law, Bonnie Shaffer, Bruce Shaffer (Brenda), Betty Daniels and Beverly Thorpe.
