She was predeceased by : her parents, Winford Oney and Tressie Oney (Amyx); her daughter Michelle Francis; and her nephews, Brian Hardin and Gregory Oney.
She is survived by : her children, Kimberly Cheng (Alex) of Tampa, Shoni Francis Trammel of Powder Springs and Gregory Francis (Tracey) of Gallatin, Tennessee; her siblings, Brenda Poffenbaugh (Dave) of Shiloh, Charlotte Kamann (Larry) of Plymouth, Sharon Detterman (Dave Harvey) of Mansfield, Ohio, Eugene Oney of Lodi, Oral Oney of Shelby, Lowell Oney (Kathie) of Arcadia and Wayne Oney (JoAnn) of Ontario, Ohio; and also Ruby Combs. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, there will be no public services held at this time.
