She is survived by : her husband James "Jim" Kizlik; her sons, Frank J. Kizlik of Grand Island, NY and Lawrence J. Kizlik (Julie) of Eastlake, OH; her grandchildren, Renee C. Kizlik, Kacy N. Kizlik and Cameron L. Kizlik; her siblings, Barbara Wypasek (Ben) of Parma, OH and Michael Kozlowsky (Linda) of Wadsworth, OH; and her pet Rosie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
