It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Hill-Smith of Rome, Ohio, born in East Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul W. Shaner and Dorothy J. Shaner (Repass). She is survived by : her husband Bruce V. Smith of Rome Twp; her son Thomas M. Hill (Kelsey L.) of Mentor; and her brother Kim L. Shaner of Orwell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
