We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2020, at the age of 81, James Louis Cook (Rossford, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother-in-law Evangeline Poulos; and his siblings, Don Cook and Margie Flitten. He is survived by : his wife Katina (Poulos); his children, Ron, Jimmy Cook and Angie; his grandchildren, Zac Cook (Ashley), Alex Cook (Christina), Jamie Surdell (Jake) and Jacob Hamilton; and his great grandchildren, Dane, Lucas, Grant Cook, Brooks Surdell and Carter Cook. He is also survived by his two sons and friends.

Due to the pandemic health crisis funeral services and burial will be private.
