Williams; his children, Joseph Kinsman (Lisa) of Tipp City, OH and Nicole Roe (Mike) of Rossford, OH; his grandchildren, Brady Kinsman, Nicholas Roe, Nicholas Chavera, Megan Roe, Abbey Roe, Grace Kinsman and Genevieve Kinsman; and his sister Virginia Lambillotte.
