He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Coe and Paula Coe (Roether); and his siblings, Donald Coe and Debra Manor. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Tefft (Ron) and Craig; his grandchildren, Nicholas Tefft, Bailey and Alayna Coe; and his siblings, Ronald Coe (Miriam), James Coe (Sandy), Steven Coe (Sharon) and Kay Fausnaugh.

Memorial contributions can be given in his memory to the American Diabetes Association.
