She is survived by: her former husband Donald Clyde Yoast Sr.; her children, Patricia Petrey (Matthew) of Rudolph, Dawn Daman of Bowling Green and Donald Clyde Yoast Jr. of Bowling Green; her brothers, Otto Smith (Rose) of Columbus, Raleigh Smith (Kathy) of Northwood and Asher Smith of Indiana; her half-sister Barbra Qumiby (Jerry) of Illinois; and her sister-in-law Patricia Emerick of Rudolph.
