He is survived by: his parents, John Holland and Kristie Thomas; his fiancé Rylie Lemley; his children, Emaleigh Thomas and Maverick Waldron; his stepchildren, Thomas Snyder, Vyvian and Cecelia Lemley; and his siblings, Jerry (Holli), Joe Thomas (Jessica) and Elizabeth Holland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be gifted to Jacob's family c/o the funeral home.
