He is survived by: his children, Matthew Carpenter of South Bend, Indiana. and Katrina; his son-in-law Dennis Tolles of Rudolph, Ohio.; his daughters, Teresa Carpenter of Findlay, Ohio. and Michele; his son-in-law John Murlin of Bowling Green, Ohio.; his daughter Penny; and his son-in-law Christian MacKay of Weston.
