He was predeceased by: his parent Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Sally Chambers (Munn); his children, Erika Chambers, Jamie Chambers and Karl Chambers (Kim); his grandchildren, CJ, Cameron, Breanna, Konner, Karter and Kaleb; and his sisters, Carol Thurman and Marcene Hall.
