He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Perry and Virgie Ruth Perry (Stafford); his daughter Anna Elizabeth Parker; and his brothers, Donnie, Jerry, Ricky and Joe Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Jane Perry (Kramer); his daughter Ramona Jane Evans (Will) of Alliance; his grandchildren, Carter, Chloe Evans, Jamie Figley (Morgan) and Jenna Parker; and his siblings, Ronnie Perry of Florida and Patti Blackburn (Charles) of Cleveland.
