He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Schwartz and Ann Marie Killock (Bean); his siblings, Fred Schwartz and Emily Schwartz; and his wife Debbie Sue Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Tami Golliday (Steve), Emily Preble (Randy) and Thomas Schwartz; his grandchildren, Tatiana, Jessica, Brittany, Brady, Kaylee and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Alex, Nadia and Levi; and his sisters, Sandy, Jenny and Kathy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions may be made to the Big Springs United Methodist Church 5636 St. Rt. 274 E. Rushsylvania, OH 43347.
