He was predeceased by: his mother Judith. He is survived by: his father Ronald J. Surmay; his brother Ryan C. Surmay (Jennifer); and his nephew Nathan P. Surmay.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family-St. Clement Parish (216 Wooster St NE, Navarre, OH 44662).
