It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernice Coen Maloney of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, born in Glencoe, Ohio, who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Jeffers and Lusty Rowand Jeffers; her former husband John Coen; her husband Thomas Maloney; her sons, John C. and Paul Coen; and her siblings, Sias, Philip, Harry, Sanford, Charles Jeffers, Louise Drennan, Gladys May, Helen Vrotsos, Nancy Pyle and Marguerite Day.
She is survived by: her children, Edith Williams (Dan) and James Thomas Coen (Stephanie); her stepdaughter Lois Burger (Russ); and her grandchildren, Christy Williams, Eric Williams (Bonnie), Randi Coen Gilbert (Jay), Joshua Coen (Heather), Paul Coen, Nadene Sterling, Zarek and Izac Wiley. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; step grandchildren; and several step great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there will be social distancing and facial coverings required for a graveside visitation and service at Glencoe Cemetery on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 from 11a. m. until time of service at 11:30 am. with Pastor Dean Myers officiating.
