She is survived by: her husband Hess, Jr. of St. Clairsville; her children, William "Bill" Hess (Elaine) of Shadyside, Brett Hess of St. Clairsville and Tamara "Tammy" Hess (Tracy) of St. Clairsville; her brother Greg Reline of St. Clairsville; and her grandchildren, Joseph Glackin, Matthew Glackin, Bill Hess, Jr. and Lindsay Hess. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
