He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Taylor and Virginia Hehman Taylor; and his sister Nancy Carnes of Barnesville, OH.. He is survived by: his children, Penny Govekar (John) of Columbus, Heather Elmore (Shawn) of Columbus and Chris Taylor of St. Clairsville; his sibling's children, Karen Large (Jim) and Jeffrey James Carnes; and his great-nieces, Morgan and Rebecca.
