He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Loy and Jean Loy (Walker). He is survived by: his siblings, Marjorie Piper (Richard) of Utica, NY, Barbara Loy of San Francisco, Thomas Loy of San Bruno, CA and Bill Loy (Cindy) of Ft. Myers, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
